From November 16th to November 25th, a Valor Tours group visited the battle site of Tarawa on Betio Island, Tarawa Atoll in the Gilbert Islands for the 65th Anniversary of Operation Galvanic: The Battle for Tarawa.
During visit the group toured:

- Makin Atoll - Yellow Beach
- Makin Atoll - Red Beach
In addition, we had the honor of having a WWII Veteran, Mr. Roy Robinson, with us and attended a ceremony to honor the 2nd Marine Division's assault of Tarawa.
